Terms of Use — Creo

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Creo app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Provider: Handy Innovative Corp.. Contact: creologro@gmail.com. These Terms also constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App.

1. The service

Creo is a manifestation and habits app: you create visualizations, goals and habits, track your progress, and access guided audio sessions. Some of the content (affirmations, suggestions and voice) is generated automatically with artificial intelligence.

2. Account

You can use the App anonymously or create an account to back up and sync your data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity that occurs under your account.

3. "Butterfly Plan" subscription

The App offers premium features through an auto-renewable subscription called the "Butterfly Plan", in two options:

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change; the current price is always shown in the App before you confirm the purchase.

Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied within the 24 hours before the end of the period.

Payment: payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Managing and canceling: you can view, manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; the current period is not refunded.

Free plan: the App also offers basic features at no cost, with certain usage limits. The subscription unlocks access without those limits.

Refunds: purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's policies.

4. AI-generated content

Some affirmations, goal/habit suggestions and audio are generated automatically through AI services. This content may contain inaccuracies and is provided "as is", for motivational and personal-growth purposes. It does not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, financial or legal). Use it with judgment and consult a professional where appropriate.

The AI suggestions for goals, habits and affirmations are suggestions only. Whether to accept or adopt any of them is entirely your decision, made at your own discretion and under your own responsibility. You are never obligated to use a suggestion: you can always generate a different one, or add your own goal, habit or affirmation instead.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to upload content that infringes the rights of third parties, or that is illegal, offensive or harmful. You are responsible for the content (images, text) you add to the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, brand, code and content (except the content you create) belong to Handy Innovative Corp. / Creo and are protected by applicable laws. You keep the rights to the content you create; you grant us a limited license to process and display it within the App in order to provide you the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version with its update date. Continued use of the App after a change implies acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the provider's place of residence, without prejudice to any rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country.
