This Privacy Policy describes how the Creo app ("the App", "we") handles your information. Data controller: Handy Innovative Corp.. Contact: creologro@gmail.com.

Creo is a manifestation and habits app: you create visualizations, goals and habits, and track your progress. It is designed with a local-first approach: your data lives on your device and is only backed up to the cloud if you choose to create an account.

1. What data we process and why

Data you create (your content): visualizations (images and affirmations), goals, habits and your progress. These are stored locally on your device. If you create an account, they are backed up in encrypted form to the cloud so you don't lose them and can sync them across devices.

Account data (optional): you can use the App anonymously, without an account. If you create an account (email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google), we process your email address and, if you provide them, your name and profile photo. These identify your account and back up your data. With "Sign in with Apple" you can hide your real email address.

Images: you can choose images from your gallery or search a stock photo provider (Pexels). Access to your gallery only happens when you initiate it.

AI processing: to generate an affirmation from an image, that image and the associated text are sent to Anthropic (Claude) through our server. To suggest goals or habits, the related text is sent to Anthropic (Claude). To turn affirmations into audio (voice), the text is sent to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. These services process the content only to return the result; we do not use them for advertising.

Notifications: if you enable them, we schedule reminders. These are local notifications on your device.

What we do NOT do: we do not show ads; we do not use third-party trackers for advertising; we do not sell your data.

2. Providers that serve us (processors / subprocessors)

These providers process data under their own policies and only to provide the service described here.

3. Legal basis (EU users)

We process your data to deliver the service you request (creating your account, backing up your content, generating affirmations/voice) and, where applicable, with your consent (for example, gallery access or notifications).

4. Retention and deletion

Your local content stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. If you have an account, you can permanently delete it from within the App (Account → Delete account). This permanently erases your account and your cloud data and associated storage.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or restriction of the processing of your data. The most direct way to exercise deletion is from within the App. For any other request, write to us at creologro@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure storage for session credentials. No system is 100% foolproof, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children

Creo is not directed to children below the minimum age required in your country and does not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version with its update date. Material changes will be communicated within the App where appropriate.
